**About The Role**:
This role isaccountable for the delivery of an efficient and effective administrativesupport function to a multi user store delivery cross dock centre delivering tomultiple stores within a geographic region. Accountable to the CDCManager for the prompt and accurate administration and co-ordination of the CDCnetwork in line with the customers requirements in a multi usersite and the production of Key Performance Indicators. To beaware of the Company business objectives and to achieve a satisfactory level ofperformance in all areas.

**About You**:

- Complete all administrative and clerical non operational tasks, as directed by the management team and outlined in CDC Procedures and in accordance with customer and DHL requirements.
- Liaising with central functions departments to ensure that all due reports and returns are submitted accurately and to stipulated deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels with customers.
- To create and maintain a partnership with internal and external customers.
- Respond to issues quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast paced and changing environment.
- To create and maintain a partnership with the management team, colleagues and CDC Leads.
- Acting at all times in a professional manner to uphold the reputation of the department, site and business as a whole.
- Ensure the CSC teams follow the documented processes and procedures.Identify and make recommendation for changes.
- Responsible for the ordering and control of all consumables required for the operation.
- Establish and maintain a safe and efficient working environment by ensuring that you consistently operate within statutory and company operating procedures.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring your own H&S and maintain first rate standards of housekeeping to maintain a safe, well presented working environment at all times.
- If appropriate to CDC, compile/prepare compliance documentation and statistics for sign off by site lead.
- Working as part of the CDC team, identify and communicate opportunities to improve the efficiency and working environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels with colleagues.
- Respond to issues quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Work flexibly, as part of the team, to consistently achieve required operational service standards.
- Share information readily and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing to managers, peers and associates.
