Connected Health is currently seeking a full time Compliance Support Administrator to assist the Compliance team with the day to day running of the business.

**Job Requirements
- Working alongside Area Mangers to complete incident reports in a timely manner.
- Assisting in reports for Safeguarding
- Working closely with monitoring officer
- Ensuring internal investigations are completed accurately.
- Ensuring staff have completed re training where necessary.
- Liaising with senior lead compliance officer/manager to ensure high standards of care are provided.
- Working alongside Compliance Team to ensure monthly and quarterly reports are completed for senior management and trusts.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint etc. to produce correspondence, documents, maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Quarterly Internal Audits to be completed for upcoming inspections.

**Essential Criteria**
- 6 months previous administrator experience
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and data management software
- Willing to under go safeguarding training

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge of domiciliary care sector
- Experience of working within a compliance team highly desirable

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Works well under pressure
- Good time management
- Ability to use own initiative
- Work well within a team
