**Colours & Cuts (Stevenage), require a creative talented individual for this exciting new position which is part-time, with a salary dependant on experience and ability.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about both hairdressing and aesthetics to join our growing team in our beautiful salon based in the Westgate Shopping Centre, Stevenage. We are looking for a well-groomed, professional individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and great customer service skills. You will need to be confident, with excellent time keeping and a strong work ethic.

This is a new position within the salon and definitely not the usual ‘receptionist’ role. This exciting position will ultimately be a customer care role, focussing on enhancing the client experience from the moment they enter the salon, through to the end of the visit. In addition there will be creative marketing duties ranging from event planning and support for themed events involving market research and sales and marketing tasks. Duties will also involve salon social media (SM) tasks, including SM photography to support and promote the stylist’s creations and themed events.

**This is the perfect opportunity for a creative, confident person who works well under pressure.**

Full training will be given to ensure a strong knowledge of the services we offer along with a deep understanding of our various product ranges.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- A strong working knowledge in all aspects of Social Media
- Good organisational skills

**PREFFERRED CRITEREA**:

- A proven background in exceptional customer care
- A full UK driving licence
