**Operations Executive**

**CIM, The Chartered Institute of Marketing** - we support, develop and represent marketers, organisations and the profession all over the world. Our ability to award Chartered Marketer status recognises a marketer’s commitment to staying current and abiding by a professional Code of Conduct.

**Role**: Permanent - Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)

**Hours**: 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £28,000 per annum + excellent range of benefits

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll be supporting our Commercial Department with your excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You’ll be assisting with ensuring we give a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- You’ll be providing support (logístical and admin) to Operations Managers and Account Directors..
- You’ll be inputting data required for processing bookings in relation to CIM Academy and Open training.
- You’ll play a part in the in-company feedback process, analysing and reporting the feedback the Client Service Manager.

**What we'd like**:

- Excellent all round I.T Skills - MS Office, virtual platforms such as Zoom / Teams and CRM systems

- Very organised and able to manage a varying workload
- Customer focused, proactive and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
