**Job Title:** Executive Culinary Director

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Get Golfing CIO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping the culinary direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement new menus that showcase culinary creativity and meet commercial expectations.
  • To manage kitchen staff and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To collaborate with our Group Catering Manager to document and cost recipes, and deliver business objectives.
  • To maintain best practices for food safety, cleanliness, allergen-awareness, and health and safety.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in delivering financial forecasts through menus and programs.
  • Strong grasp of margins and food cost optimization.
  • Experience in managing waste and stock loss.
  • Ability to deliver training sessions that inspire and include guidelines for operational colleagues.
