Technical Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and boost overall productivity.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize your analytical prowess to dissect data and identify opportunities for improvement, from streamlining workflows to minimizing waste and downtime.
- **Resource Allocation**: Take the lead in allocating resources effectively, ensuring that equipment, materials, and manpower are optimized to meet production targets without sacrificing quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration across departments, implementing best practices, and staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to drive results.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in technical administration or a related role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
