Trainee Finance Lifecycle Administrator

We are looking for a talented individual to join our fast paced and growing Finance Department at LA International. Reporting to the Lifecycle Team Leader and providing additional support to the wider Team the role would suit any individual who wishes to progress. Supported with on the job and desk side training the role would include:
- Supporting in the preparation of financial information to clients
- Generating management information for clients
- Chasing and logging Purchase Orders
- Chasing outstanding Timesheets
- Entering contractual information onto Finance systems
- Creating and issuing logins to Timesheet system and issuing on boarding
Instructions
- Generating internal reports to maintain system accuracy
- Logging returned contracts
- Assisting in associated functions across the Finance Department
Working within the Contractor Lifecycle Team you will need to demonstrate:
- Competence to work accurately and methodically
- Capacity to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Team to prioritise workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues
