The Business Unit Manager is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Unit Manager will coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic and operational plans, to meet business goals and top priorities.
- Provide programmatic leadership and drive excellent results against the strategic business plan.
- Develop and implement a series of metrics and a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of our strategic CTO Scorecard.
- Review and monitor the key performance indicators across the organization.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in a financial services role
- Project management experience is desirable
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
