Role

We are now looking to employ a Building Preservation Surveyor / Trainee Building Preservation Surveyor to become part of our team.

Full Time/Permanent - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

**Salary**: Competitive.
- Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial ,local authority and social housing properties.
- Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations using word and excel templates.
- Develop new and retain existing client base.
- Promoting and selling of company products and services.

.Day to day contact with team members and office staff.

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
- CSRT -CSTDB - Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients with good Networking skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
