Russell Taylor Group requires a property suveyor for sites baed in Perth and Dundee

Surveying properties with potential wet/dry rot

Duties will include:

- Conduct property inspections and surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, including recommendations for repairs or improvements
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work
- Maintain accurate records of property inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Assist with lease renewals and new tenant onboarding processes
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

**WILL CONSIDER TRAINEES**

Previous experience in property management or related field preferred

Company van will be provided

HND/HNC in building surveying preferred

Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and contractors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
