**Role**

We are now looking to employ a **Property Surveyor** to become part of our team.

**_ Full Time/Permanent_** - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

**Salary**: Competitive.

Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial ,local authority and social housing properties.
Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations using word and excel templates.
Develop new and retain existing client base.
Promoting and selling of company products and services.
Day to day contact with team members and office staff.

**Knowledge, Experience & Requirements**

CSRT -CSTDB - Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
Excellent written and verbal communication
Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients with good Networking skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Being able to work as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
