Synced are supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a CSA (Customer Services Advisor) to join their team in Canterbury.

Relevant job titles vary so to clarify, your current job title may be Customer Services Advisor, Resident Coordinator, Community Associate, Resident Associate, Resident Host, Front of House to name a few

Your job title isn't as important as the following personality traits:
100% CUSTOMER FOCUSED - this role is all about being the face of the building, building & nurturing amazing relationships & creating an incredible residence experience

You will need to be

Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey

In addition, you will need to have some experience within the property sector, accommodation sector, lettings, student accommodation, BTR, CoLiving, hospitality or living accommodation as these sectors are so transferable.

In this role you would be the key point of contact within the building for all residents, the face of the building and the first point of contact - this is why personality skills are so important.

Outline duties and responsibilities:

- Customer service & Customer journey
- Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
- Social media channels for the building (you can be as creative as you like)
- Sales & Marketing eg site visits, tours, events, membership,
- Building management eg compliance, H&S and working with maintenance
- Building administration & Coordination eg tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
- Plus much more

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
