Operations Administrator

Assists the operations team in their day to day tasks to ensure customers' orders are despatched meeting company service level agreements.
Includes tasks such as: (but not exclusive to)
Despatching customer orders, producing warehouse paperwork such as picking notes, delivery notes, invoices, pallet labels. Contacting customers to book in deliveries or solving problems with deliveries. Producing shelf strips for customers merchandising stands and assisting with picking seasonal orders or stock for trade shows.
Good knowledge of word & excel is required with good keyboard skills.
Our sales and courier systems will be training on site.
Confident telephone manner and happy conversing with people on all levels of business.
Methodical and willing to get involved.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
