Head of Global Admin

Owns the output of a single work area within Business Operations / Finance Operations and typically manages a team of Operations Management / Finance Operations job family roles. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge but is guided by functional practices and well defined management precedents. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within own department/discipline/team. Prepares operations analyses, including operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, and makes recommendations for improvement. May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting. Is responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and document related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts. May gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place. Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business operations / Finance Operations. Ensures compliance with the organization's policies and government regulations. Directs the review of operations systems and procedures, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency.
