**About the Role**

My Support Service (MSS) provides the administrative support for day-to-day transactional activities of St John, including Finance, People, Property, Fleet, etc. St John requires Administrators who can support all of our St John people - our employees, volunteers and their line managers, as well as suppliers. Providing first point assistance across a range of topics, My Support Service provides critical support to the organisation. Customer-focussed, passionate about service delivery and keen to support across the wide range of topics, this team keep the organisation running.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about delivering quality service and will have previously worked in a fast paced, customer orientated environment. You will have an eye for detail and have excellent communication skills.
