This company is on the search for a Head of Administration to oversee a small team of administrators with a background working closely with finance and work closely with the senior management team to ensure smooth operations.
The duties of the head of administration would include:

- Manage and motivate a small admin team, allocating responsibilities and planning work.
- Lead the review process of your team, by maintaining their strengths and developing
their weaknesses. Create objectives and ensure these objectives are met.
- Ensure effective management of the reception and excellent customer experience at the first point of contact, customer calls and queries are dealt with efficiently and information is shared with key managers as appropriate.
- Oversee the arrangement of customer meetings and organise the office diary ensuring the
smooth running of the office is maintained.
- Update and manage the inhouse management system on a daily basis to ensure work-flow is methodical and organised.
- Manage all the office documentation in an efficient way, ensuring that information
is held securely and adhering to relevant legislation.
- Present documents and information in a visually appealing way.
- Development and regular review and update of your departmental Operations Manual.
- Proactively introduce innovation to improve customer experience and the administrative
support available to the rest of the team.
- Ensure a full secretarial service, including typing, to the senior leaders
in the business.

- To manage a stationary and post budget and ensure the effective use of all available
resources.
- Work closely with senior leaders and other managers to continually refine
and improve processes.
- Represent your department within the management team, proactively working with staff
from across the business to meet KPIs, solve problems and improve efficiency and customer
service.
The successful Head Of Administration will be:
