All colleagues will be expected to spend at least two days each week working in the office and should expect to come together more than this on a regular basis, as needed, on any given week, this will be driven by role, business priorities, workload requirements, or to enable us to work more effectively together. You will be responsible for
- I manage and update the Trials Tracker, ensuring all store trials are accurately recorded, and shared with the Retail Team each month.
- I organise or am involved in the set up and ongoing running of store trials required by the Business Projects Team
- I am responsible for obtaining quality feedback from stores that are in trials and presenting the feedback into Project Teams
- I spend significant time in a wide variety of trial stores ensuring real life feedback is obtained
- I will be accountable for actioning Retail next steps allocated to me as part of Projects either directly or indirectly from the Business Support and Projects Manager
- I support the roll out of projects in stores, if required
- I support the Project Managers with the administration required of the Business Projects Process
- I identify and investigate issues that arise within trial stores seeking solutions where possible
**I Spend**
- 60% in trial stores (or travelling to and from)
- 25% completing admin / feedback presentations / managing the trials tracker / attending Project meetings
- 15% supporting projects / PMs / actioning next steps
**Technical skills & qualifications I need**
- Store Management experience
- Broad experience of business processes / functions
- Good analysis and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and take people with me
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Driven
- Project and change Management qualification (not essential)
