You will be responsible for
**What I do**:

- I understand how all IT systems interface with each other in the business
- I assess and validate how any new solutions fit within the existing architecture
- I work with the business to design new solutions/system changes relating to Relex
- I propose technical solutions to meet business requirements or fix any existing business issues
- I ensure any new systems comply with required security and audit standards
- I deliver system in accordance with group information and One Stop IT security standards
- I manage projects relating to Retail systems systems
- I provide 3rd line support to the business inside and outside of core working hours
- I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers

**Skills I Need**:

- High technical understanding of IT systems and interface methods
- Planning skills
- Good communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to People Manage to assist in the development of a team
- Previous experience in a Solution Architect role
