All colleagues will be expected to spend at least two days each week working in the office and should expect to come together more than this on a regular basis, as needed, on any given week, this will be driven by role, business priorities, workload requirements, or to enable us to work more effectively together. You will be responsible for
**What I do**:
- I am responsible for working with the franchise administration team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- I work closely with the team and am able to work cross-functionally to support other areas within the team.
- I upload stock delivery invoice files into the sales ledger on a daily basis.
- I calculate other charges (such as warehouse delivery costs) and post journal to E5.
- I create manual invoices and credit notes (such as short deliveries, services, etc) and post to the sales ledger.
- I create reports as required e.g. warehouse delivery shorts.
- I take responsibility to ensure that all cash received is allocated, so the correct ageing of the debt is reported to the business.
- I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers.
- I carry out other tasks as required by my manager.
