We will be striving to ensure we progress our position as one the leading non-commissioned supported housing providers in Birmingham
This role will based in our Edgbaston office Monday - Friday. As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing daily and weekly reports to senior management, updating all the day-to-day financial information for the business, and providing adminstrational duties for the organisation.
**Responsibilities**
- To work in line with standardised administrative systems across the service
- To record and maintain financial data on Quickbooks daily.
- Preparation and completion of monthly Payroll via the HR software system.
- To manage referrals coming into the organisation; recording them the internal database, collating risk information from external organisations, conducting risk and need assessments, determining suitable allocation of potential service users and arranging sign ups and move in's.
- To complete monthly remittance in relation to housing benefit and raising any discrepancies.
- To identify, raise and obtain full payment outcome for housing benefit queries.
- To collate data and develop reports for daily and weekly reporting to senior management regarding the running of services.
- To develop daily maintenance schedule.
- To update and maintain service charge accounts and debt management
**Salary, Working Arrangements & Further Information**
Starting full time salary - £20,475
**Essential Criteria**:
- Able to confidently use Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge on using Excel
- Highly Organised and computer literate
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Knowlege & experience of using Quickbooks accounting softaware
