**Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service**:

- Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly and that accurate messages are taken and passed to the appropriate person promptly.
- Providing customer support.
- Helping customers to complete their orders.
- Processing and progressing sales orders and issuing credit notes for invoice queries.
- Ensuring that the customers receive their orders when requested and without discrepancies.
- Communicating with our warehouse team to ensure any issues are resolved.
- Supporting process improvement.
- Liaising with drivers on delivery times when required Account handling and developing. customer relationships to enhance customer experience.

**Key experience and skills required for the Customer Service**
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn to use a CRM system.
- A positive, energetic attitude.
- Promote team spirit.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Training will be provided on our internal system that handles orders, deliveries and invoices.
