We are excited to announce we are looking to hire an Apprentice for the '**Horticulture or landscape construction operative (level 2)' **training programme. The course is 24months in length and at the end of it, successful applicants will have a full time job offered to them.

Rates of pay are £4.81 for all over 19s in their first year and rises to £7.49 in your second year, in line with government guidelines for National Minimum Wage. We do also offer bonuses as incentives to staff.
- Own transport required
- Be polite as you'll be dealing directly with our clients.
- We expect all of our staff to arrive for work on time ready to start at the agreed time with the client.
- Full training will be given but we require some experience (whether this is an RHS course, degree, City and Guilds, or some hands on work such as a trades background). Please don't say you have experience if it doesn't show on your CV, as you will be rejected immediately.
- Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
- Hard working and willing to work in all weather types. This is not a role for a fair weather person as we don't stop for rain.
- Be trustworthy and reliable.
- Have good attention to detail.
