Your new role
In this role you will:
- Consult with and influence hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans as well as sourcing and selection strategies.
- Educate stakeholders on a variety of aspects related to recruiting such as talent demand and availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends based on skills, sourcing methodology and other key points.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally within an in-house capacity.
- Knowledge and experience of managing end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding; experience recruiting for Corporate Functions.
- Proven experience consulting with senior hiring managers on talent acquisition process and strategy.
- Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.
- Fluency in English
