**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Strategic Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the strategic and wider sales team, with a particular focus on market intelligence gathering, CRM campaign management. The jobholder will manage and help co-ordinate activity and planning around industry events where the Triple Point has a presence.

This diverse role covers administrative support, managing slides, conducting post-event calls, generating reports, managing CPD certificates, and, most importantly, demonstrating the value of Strategic Partner relationships through post-event calls and follow-up, by passing on qualified leads to the wider sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make an active contribution to distribution the team fundraising target
- Represent Triple Point with Strategic Accounts.
- In conjunction with the Strategic Partnership Team build a structured plan to develop and enhance existing and new relationships.
- Manage and own the post-event follow-up process, including gathering feedback and actively pursuing new business opportunities within the IFA market. Gather and analyse Management Information from events.
- Work with the existing team of Regional Development Managers to deliver specific solutions for investor's needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create slide decks and collateral materials for presentations and conferences.
- Provide updates to strategic partners on existing products, coordinate due diligence questionnaires, help answer technical queries.
- Stay well-informed about the latest industry developments, particularly those that could impact distributors, advice firms, and Triple Point.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Financial service qualifications, working towards Level 4 desirable.
- Knowledge of the UK financial services intermediary market.
- Knowledge of the UK tax efficient investment market.
- Strong sales and commercial focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Project management skills.
- Self-starter - prepared to manage sales call pipeline.
- Industry knowledge (regulatory, technical and competitor).
