As we embark on our journey, we're seeking passionate individuals to join us in shaping the future of urban heating. As the Client Lead for Heat Zone pilot deals, you'll spearhead business development efforts, engage with strategic partners, and drive innovation in the heart of London. With a focus on developing heat zones in the City of London, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our mission towards sustainability.

**What we need from you**
- Extensive experience of leading and developing a consultative approach to selling a complex energy solution and strategic partnership at Board / Director level in the target segments preferably in the Energy sector, Solutions, or technical services environment.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close to enable scalable growth with quality, efficiency, and predictability of revenue.
- Experience in influencing and negotiating complex contractual terms.
- Good understanding of the entire value chain for heat network development in particular knowledge of concept development, business development, proposition development, commercial viability, local supply chain development, legal, detail design.
- Previous experience in a leadership position including development of strategic business plans and managing a high performing team / business unit
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
