We are looking for an
**EDI & Research Culture Co-ordinator** to join The Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN). NDCN is a dynamic and inclusive place to work that offers significant opportunities for personal and professional development with innovative new initiatives to support underrepresented groups and those with specific needs.

This post will support NDCN’s plans to improve research culture, deliver its Athena Swan action plan and eventual Silver renewal, and develop a comprehensive equity, diversity, and inclusivity programme. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our strategic objectives across multiple domains and the six divisions of NDCN, reporting to the HR Manager, and working closely with the co-chairs of the People & Culture Committee, Professors Charlotte Stagg and Ben Seymour, and the Strategic Initiatives Manager. In particular, the post will integrate objectives, data gathering, and support communication across the Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) working group, Research Culture working group, and the Clinical Neurosciences staff society.
