We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our busy independent practice in Dundee.

**Requirements**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with a high degree of professionalism.
- Manage our appointment diary.
- Handle patient queries in person or via telephone.
- Process deliveries of frames and contact lenses.
- Arrange and maintain practice displays.
- Perform core administrative work.
- Maintain patient and business records.
- Ensure the practice is presentable.
- The ability to be engaging and warm.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
