City Quay Dental Clinic, a leading and reputable dental practice in the heart of the city, is seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeaner.
- Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of dentists time.
- Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and documents.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic databases as necessary.
- Process payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal patient experience.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Uphold strict confidentiality guidelines and maintain a professional and organised front desk area.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment scheduling software and electronic medical records systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while providing exceptional customer service.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours and Compensation:

- This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- No weekend work required.
- Free parking available for employees.
