**Forbes of Kingennie** is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team.

**Managing Lodges**
- To retain a firm understanding of High-Level Software and actively be aware of any updates or changes to enable maximum use of it.
- To manage Hi-Level Software, including bookings, enquiries, chasing outstanding payments, issuing reminders, and sending e-receipts and pre-arrival letters.
- To update all booking agents in accordance where High-Level Software bookings are sitting, updating prices and availability where required.
- Ensure check-in packs are prepared for daily guests.
- To have a knowledge of all promotions happening within the resort.

**Running Reception**
- To provide efficient telephone support, answering the telephone politely using the approved greeting and passing on relevant information to specific departments.
- To take bookings for the restaurant, obtaining all information that is required to create a full and accurate reservation.
- To assist all visitors and clients by passing on messages correctly and in good time, providing assistance wherever possible and immediately seeking assistance when necessary.
- To make recommendations where appropriate in the provision of improved customer service.

**Administrative Support**
- To provide efficient and timely administrative support as requires.
- To issue daily housekeeping sheets for arrivals/ departures.
- To ensure all incoming mail is issued to correct departments
- To collate information on Maintenance/ Lodge issues passed on from Housekeeping and other team members in order to compile a Daily Maintenance sheet and record all faults/ issues on the Service Report.
- To ensure an up to date handover is in place for the following day when not on shift.

**Managing Relationships**
- Develop and maintain relationships with all departments within the company to ensure there is a good flow of communication and understanding of customer expectations to ensure that service meets expectations.
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships at all levels.
- Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
- Fully understand the many facets of the business and structure in order to value different requirements and act with diplomacy to achieve the best possible outcome.

**Salary**: £10.41-£12.00 per hour
