We are a busy Construction Maintenance company with both reactive and planned works on both domestic and commercial properties carrying out, Gas, Electrical, Plumbing and Multi Trade services.

This is an exciting role which requires experience in delivering effective control of field operational teams whilst supporting contract management and administration functions for our busy Leeds based office.

**Must** have experience in Planning, coordinating or administrating.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling repairs and planned works with our customers, ensuring they are recorded in our diary system
- Managing the work diaries of field operatives
- To support the field-based engineers with their daily workloads
- Ensuring material orders are processed on the system and liaising with operatives to ensure they have the relevant materials and documents to carry out their work
- Collecting and collation of paperwork from external field teams following completion of jobs
- Updating of client portals and information sharing
- Deal with, and resolve, all queries relating to service issues or incidents in a timely manner
- Any other general admin duties deemed necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Be positive and motivated in your approach
- Be able to prioritise workloads
- Good Customer service skills
- Strong IT skills especially with MS Office, 365 etc
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must have experience in Planning, coordinating or administrating
- High level of attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to develop relationships across all levels

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
