**Duties will include**:

- Managing enquiries and communication with clients and providers
- Handling post, updating records, and maintaining filing systems
- Generating letters and assisting with reports and reviews
- Obtaining and presenting quotations to advisers
- Understanding platform operations and compliance processes
- Maintaining diary and notes system
- Ensuring compliance of files and documents
- Fulfilling additional duties as assigned
- Possess necessary knowledge and work towards acquiring basic administration and technical qualifications
- Understand firm's administration and client service requirements
- Ensure compliant provision of advice to clients as per firm's procedures
- Adhere to Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules
- Follow firm procedures for compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime
- Stay updated on product, legislative, and technical changes
- Uphold ethical standards within the firm

**Working hours**:Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

**Salary**:£14,625 per year

**Requirements**:

- Ability to absorb/ take on board new information quickly
- Positive service attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good IT skills - using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word efficiently is an essential
- Ability to work in a team
- Professional and clear telephone manner
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £14,625.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
