Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) to join our team working on HS2 in the West Midlands.

Role Purpose: An exciting opportunity with our Specialist Service Department who are responsible for definition and deployment of delivering strategy, as well as procurement and delivery to site of various materials and specialist equipment. The team is seeking someone motivated to start their career within Business Administration to support with recording and distributing all documentation related to the department.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage the documentation follow-up of the team
- Monitor the progress of deliverables and liaise with the project team for updates
- Prepare documents for storage and archiving as appropriate
- Liaise and coordinate with our Designers, Site Compounds, Employers, Supply Chain and external Stakeholders

Who we're looking for:
The following experience is required:

- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages including Microsoft 365.
- Keen attention to detail and methodical work approach.
- Good communication skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms.

Apprenticeship Overview Apprenticeship Standard:

- Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Length: 18 months.
- Entry Requirements: GCSE or equivalent at grades 4/C in Maths and English.
