We currently have a vacancy for a part time receptionist/administrator to join our financial services practice in Smallthorne, Stoke-on-Trent.

Working Monday to Thursday between 10am and 3pm, you must be an enthusiastic and adaptable professional who will prove to have exceptional multitasking abilities. Effective teamwork is a must, as is the ability to work independently. You must have proven excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Based in our reception area, you will be responsible for:

- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both face to face and on the telephone.
- Answering the phone and directing the call or taking messages where necessary, ensuring that messages are passed to the appropriate member of staff accurately and in time.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming for visitors.
- Adding new client data onto our back-office system.
- Using our back-office system to manage your workflow, ensuring notes are updated.
- Scanning and processing of new business post.
- Sending Letters of Authority for new and existing clients, following up with providers.
- Sending Information requests to providers in relation to pensions and investments.
- Collating and interpreting an recording information received from product providers.
- Chasing providers through outbound calls for any requested information, transfers, or letters of authority.
- File archive.
- Prepare and take outgoing post.
- Update advisers Continual Professional Development records.
- Working closely with advisers, paraplanner and the wider team to assist in the delivery of financial advice to clients.
- Keeping of diary for meeting room availability.
- Any other general clerical duties, including but not limited to Photocopying, scanning and making refreshments for staff and visitors
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
