**Description**
- Join Our Team as a Member Services Executive
Main Purpose: Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer activities, identify and resolve issues, and build customer relationships.
What We're Looking For: Enthusiastic, accurate, and organised individuals passionate about helping people.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 6:00pm
7-hour shifts within this timeframe
In-office training provided, with hybrid working options post-training
