***OA are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator for our Biggleswade based client...
The hours for the Purchasing Administrator role are:
Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch each day);
Hourly pay rate is £11ph PAYE.
The role will entail:
- working with the purchasing team to provide admin support
- liasing with external colleagues
- processing documentation
- verifying & confirming order requirements
- extracting information for reports
- providing updates on order information
Whilst full training will be provided, to be considered for the role you will need:
- excellent communication skills
- computer literacy
- eye for detail
