Do you want to make a real difference to people’s lives? Are you looking to help the most vulnerable members of our community?

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Support Worker to provide administrative support to the whole Home Improvement Agency Team. Clear communication is necessary as you will be talking to a wide range of clients over the phone to offer advice, support and explain the options available to them. You will also be dealing with contractors and other agencies to co-ordinate, support and provide our clients with an excellent customer service. The role requires the successful applicant to work on their own initiative and as part of the wider team.
