Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, flexible shift pattern, by management agreement, based on 2 people covering the workload.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a person to perform a dual role of concierge/admin assistant with relevant experience to join our team based at the brand new luxury Silkbank Wharf development in Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for the brand new development with residents, contractors and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This position also benefits from the potential career progression in property management should you wish and show the relevant skills and aptitude.

Key Concierge Responsibilities:

- Day to day security needs of the building;
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times to residents, guests and external contractors;
- Liaising with and monitor contractors undertaking works on-site;
- To deal with minor maintenance issues, if able to do so, e.g. spot cleaning (spills) and replace light bulbs, etc;
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Management Team;
- To be responsible for all deliveries to the building, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with the company procedure;
- Performing weekly and monthly safety checks e.g fire alarm sounding test;
- Assisting residents with queries;
- To provide utility meter readings for all properties as and when required;
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively;
- If necessary, give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to any follow-on team members.

Administration Responsibilities:

- Responsible for recording relevant accurate information on the in-house database;
- General administrational duties such as maintaining efficient electronic and paper filing systems, diary management, stock control and ordering stationery and any other ad-hoc admin tasks;
- Support the Management Team with building and maintaining good relationships;
- Raise purchase orders, enter delivery note information obtaining the necessary approval. Ensure the correct process is adhered to at all times;
- Checking and processing of invoices;
- Review property inspections and progress issues accordingly.

In order to meet our clients expectations you must have:

- Previous / current experience within a Front Desk or Concierge role;
- Extremely well-presented, polite and well-mannered;
- High level of customer service;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise information both verbally and written;
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Team player who is friendly and reliable;
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and procedure as required;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and be a strong problem solver;

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
