Duties
- The hours available are 11pm-7am, every Saturday night. Extra hours may be available if holiday cover is needed
- Welcome any late arrivals and serve on the bar until it closes at midnight
- Regularly patrol the hotel public areas and outdoor grounds
- Empty trash receptacles at reception and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum function room and bar/restaurant areas, sweep and mop floors
- Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
