Duties:

  • Serve on the bar from 11pm until bar closes at midnight
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, public areas, and restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in designated areas
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services or assistance
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Multilingual skills (ability to speak multiple languages) is a plus
  • Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is desirable
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
