Duties:

- Serve on the bar from 11pm until bar closes at midnight
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, public areas, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in designated areas
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services or assistance
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills (ability to speak multiple languages) is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is desirable
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
