**Recrutiment Operations Administrator**

We are a rapidly growing, specialist technology talent agency based in Leeds & Newcastle

SPG Resourcing are part of the SPG Group, and work alongside our sister companies SPG Transformation and SPG Software.

The role of Recruitment Administrator is integral at SPG Resourcing to support our internal operation. A key member of the wider resourcing team, you will assist in the provision of comprehensive and pragmatic operational support to both senior management and all team members, working in line with our Company Values, procedures and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the booking of meetings, travel and accommodation for all team members.
- Manage the arrangement of company events or conferences and communication out to the SPG Community.
- Work with finance and management to monitor, generate and distribute Talent Partner Commissions for Payroll.
- Attendance at meetings with senior management, preparing files, taking accurate minutes and maintaining action logs and session outcomes.
- Creating, implementing and maintaining processes and procedures/office administrative systems

- Customer Focused approach with the ability to resolve problems when they arise
- Ability to adapt to different styles and behaviours to build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation and planning skills and the ability to work as part of a team and with the ability and confidence to work alone and to manage a heavy workload
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently
- Good understanding of Director level responsibilities and the wider business goals, purpose and vision of the group.
- An excellent level of attention to detail with confidence in own initiative to enable delivery to tight deadlines
- Excellent word processing and effective minute taking and IT skills; Audio typing, word processing and shorthand experience
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook
