**Office Junior / Recruitment Administrator**

**Salary**: £22,000 to £24,000 pa

**Holidays**: 4 weeks rising to 5 weeks pa

**Hours of work**: Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm

**Start Date**: ASAP

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual has arisen to join our expanding team in Chapel Allerton. Our business is growing and we need a self-starting, enthusiastic and organised Office Junior/Recruitment Administrator to develop and deliver a unique, innovative service in a forward-thinking company.

We are looking for the next star-player on our team...is that you?

AskJules was founded in 2010 and is a family-owned private limited company who provide a Lifestyle Management service. Our clients are university students who have complex physical disabilities and require 24-hour care whilst living independently in student halls at university and in their own homes during the holidays.

With our support students are able to employ their own Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide their personal, health and social care as well as their academic support at university.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Uploading necessary documents on database / general administration
- Getting the availability of current Personal Assistants on weekly basis
- Help with emergency cover if/when needed
- Work closely with our Recruitment, HR and Payroll departments
- Maintaining a positive attitude while providing excellent levels of customer services at all times
- Working as an integral part of the AskJules team

**The ideal applicant will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Be able to work as an effective and flexible part of a team; willing to change methods of work depending on the work load
- A good telephone manner
- Self-motivated
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent and clear communication
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer and internet skills with the experience of Microsoft Word and Excel (desired not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and being able to deal with issues in a timely and professional manner
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with both the clients and personal assistants
