We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is in his early teens and lives with his family in Albrighton. He requires care throughout the night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.

He loves to socialise and be out and about in the community with his family and care team especially going bowling, crazy golf and trips to the cinema. He is also a big fan of music and playing his favourite instruments, the drums and guitar.

He enjoys relaxing at home by watching YouTube, playing Fortnite, and spending quality time with his loving family.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Valid Driving Licence

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Gastronomy Care
- TPN Awareness

**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Nights
- 10pm - 8am
- 1-2 Shifts Per Week
- Alternate Weekends are needed for this position

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
