TikTok is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our Ecommerce team. This is not an ordinary recruiting role but an exciting opportunity to work at one of the fastest-growing startups globally In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers on strategic talent sourcing, identification, and engagement. Your role will primarily consist of identifying and reaching out to people to pique their interest in working at TikTok and consistently answer the question: who should we be reaching out to? You will partner directly with the hiring team to develop search strategies based on role requirements, perform market mapping research, and execute on hard to fill roles in TikTok's EMEA eCommerce team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on complex and difficult searches across TikTok eCommerce, using data driven insights to drive sourcing activity.
- Craft compelling reach out messages that ensure a high response rate and strengthen employer brand.
- Act as a market researcher and build out competitive analysis that helps to inform recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- In-house and/or agency sourcing experience with some understanding of how to navigate in a complex organisation with certain level of ambiguity.
- Experience in start-ups/scale ups in the technology industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence stakeholders and decision making across functional teams.
- Desire to understand people and their motivations and determination to find them and engage with them in a meaningful and tailored way.
- Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities with the ability to shift focus when needs and requirements change.
- Dedication to building diverse teams.
