Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Partner

We are currently working with a fantastic business who value their employees and continuing to grow the team. This is a part time talent acquisition opportunity (2.5 days per week) which would be ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates and building relationships.

The role will involve building a portfolio of future candidates that may be of interest to the business to enable the business to source potential employees directly. You will work closely with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners to delivery and enhance the candidate experience.

The role will include:

  • Leading the sourcing strategy to ensure timely delivery and quality of candidates
  • Focusing on direct candidates and sourcing of talent
  • Consulting on the sourcing strategy and aligning with the HR BPs
  • Regular reporting to the Taent Acquisition teams
  • Developing an external talent pool for various functions within the business to ensure timely recruitment of open vacancies
  • Consulting on the recruitment strategy with hiring managers and HRBPS
  • Developing your knowledge of external trends in talent sourcing and employer branding to continually improve
  • Evaluate current and future needs of the role to ensure a selection process that is in line with the department strategy
  • Build a PSL for recruitment agencies as and when necessary
  • Review and improve the talent process

Key skills:

  • Experience developing sourcing strategies with social media including LinkedIn recruiter
  • Previous End to end recruitment experience within the UK
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of UK employment law and data protection regulations
