**About the Role**:
WGGL PCN has an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join us, to be responsible for the delivery of digital and information management and support to the PCN management team. The role is offered on a part time basis, for 30 hours per week.

**Job summary**:

- Working with the PCN management team to optimise data and technology to enhance patient access and experience, and to increase PCN productivity;
- Building relationships and facilitating collaboration between practices and the wider system, to support the delivery of care to patients (including shared appointments between practices to aid delivery of enhanced access);
- Playing a key role in within the PCN management team designing system and process transformation, including building capability for quality improvement within the PCN, and system-wide approaches to problem solving.

- A management related qualification
- Microsoft package skills to intermediate level
- Willingness to undertake further training as required and agreed
- Experience in researching, developing, analysing using data and reports
- Experience of working within policies, procedures and guidelines
- Experience of working within a team and independently
- Experience of delivering change and improvement programmes in a patient facing environment
- Experience of working in an ever-evolving environment with an ability to cope with regular change
- Experience using a SystmOne clinical system
- Experience as working as part of a project
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision, prioritise own workload and think objectively
- A proven track record of communicated and engaging with a wide range of staff and stakeholders
- A critical thinker with the ability to solve problems and be managed remotely.
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Ability to adapt to a changing workload and priorities
- Ability to relate to all levels of the organisation confidently and effectively
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
