**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Global Demand Planning Team, Customers & suppliers
- Prepare & optimize the production plan according to customer requirements, capacity & component availability
- Manage the supply of materials required to manufacture all instruments, consumables and spares ensuring maximum customer service whilst optimizing inventory levels
- Create & maintain production orders, coordinating with internal departments & managing external stakeholder relations
- Track orders through production & shipping
- Create & maintain purchase orders, inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments & managing external stakeholder relations
- Review missing component analysis, raise escalations & coordinate resolution to support production
- Create & maintain SAP material master data and purchase information records ensuring accuracy of information
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes & take responsibility for implementation
- Prepare various reports & KPI’s

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Planning experience
- Knowledge & use of data analysis tools for reporting e.g. Excel, Power BI (preferred)
- SAP experience & good understanding of MRP dynamics
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work as a team
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
