**Insurance
- Admin Assistant (Entry Level)**
**£23,500 plus**
**Location - Fenchurch Street**
Excellent opportunity for an Entry Level individual with at least 6-12 months Administrative (ideally Insurance Experience) looking for their next move
You need to be self-motivated, pro-active, confident, outgoing individual with a key eye for detail along with Database/Excel skills
**About the role**:
You will work within the Insurance Schemes team who really will need your support during this very busy renewal period, you will prove day to day service/admin support for one of their leading /high profile clients.
**Responsibilities include**:
" Uploading renewal spreadsheets
" Checking policy documents for accuracy
" Saving documents in the correct format
" Printing and posting documents
" Ensure compliance with all company procedures.
**Key Requirements**:
" Knowledge of Teams preferred but not essential
" Strong team player
" Strong communication both verbal and written
" Strong attention to detail
" The ability to work supportively and jointly with colleagues
" Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
" Ability to work independently without supervision
" Self-motivated
" Punctual
