**Sweep is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive tasked with driving Sweep’s growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers.**:
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
You have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead multi-thread complex selling in a consultative manner.

You show great skills at creating value in an emerging market and enjoy selling a tool that requires a deep understanding of the product, and technical knowledge.

You like the challenge of prospecting, building compelling proposals and leading a sales cycle from start to finish.

Finally, you are keen to contribute to the development of the sales process, the craft of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.

To be more specific, this includes:
**1. **Assess new business opportunities
- Own an account list and develop account plans to win and expand business with penetrating new verticals, territories and customers
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
- Generates, qualifies and converts new leads through networking and prospecting and executing sales campaigns
- Manage the data of our clients in our CRM and collaborate with our Marketing and SDR team to qualify the leads
- Organise your prospecting campaigns together with the marketing team
- Acts as a representative of Sweep at conferences, industry conferences and association meetings
- Help develop and refine our sales process

**3. Ensure Sweep delivers value to our customers**
- Collaborate with the sales engineering and the success teams to ensure that Sweep customers love our tool, achieve real emission reductions, and invite new users
- Keep on top of evolving ESG industry trends, in order to propose related solutions to our customers

**Qualifications**
- You bring a minimum of 5/6 years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
- Ability to lead intricate negotiations
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a clear plus
