**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate, analyse, and interpret data that provides reliable information on the engagement pulse of the organisation.
- Identify priority areas for focus to both capitalise on positives, and to address areas of concern and improvement potential.
- Propose, consult, and gain agreement for action plans to build sustained improvement in employee engagement.
- Investigate root causes for employee departures, identifying activities and programmes to address reasonable and correctible causes.
- Identify programmes, activities, and budgets to execute the same with supporting justification and prioritisation.
- Record and report meaningful data and metrics that provide senior leadership with evidence of achievements and progress.
- Establish the confidence of business leaders and HR Business Partners as a supportive authority of matters of employee engagement.
- As Subject Matter Expert on positive organisation and people culture, ensure that the company benefits from industry best practice.
- The role requires all work to be conducted strictly in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work efficiently and tidily such that work is carried out in a well-planned and organised way and timely manner.
- Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
